The cabin we stayed in had a refrigerator that was not working and it also had a sewer smell, becoming worse each day. After contacting the owner she was pleasant and put us in another cabin. No complaints about the Hideaway. We lived it and would stay there again in the future.

Amazing customer service! There was an issue with our original property, the rental consultant called way before hand to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

Property was clean. However the driveway to turn in was need attention. Big pot holes pulling in and before the bridge to get into the property. We arrived and found that the shower hot water was not working. The hot and cold water was not hooked up properly.
Kitchen was nice and had coffee available.
