Reached via a few steps up from the main palazzo entrance with stairs and / or lift to the 1st Floor, this ravishing apartment with dazzling frescoes comprises:

The fabulous (indeed jaw-dropping!) open-plan main living space situated to the front of the palazzo, softly lit and exquisitely presented in chic neutrals and tangerine tones with the most gorgeous wooden chequerboard parquet flooring underfoot, 3 tall shuttered west-facing windows flooding the room with natural light and opening onto a long balcony overlooking Via dei Benci and down towards the Arno, a sitting area with stylish twin sofas, an elegant oval dining suite hosting 6 guests and, lifting your eyes, the most magical frescoed ceiling that’s nothing short of spectacular!

An imposing Florentine palazzo brought up to date with aplomb!... and joining our hugely popular Dimora Nova Terrace nearby in raising our profile in this truly magical Renaissance city.
A gentle walk to the architectural masterpiece that is Florence’s iconic Duomo (but a little more effort is required to reach the top!), and close to the Basilica and sunny Piazza Santa Croce, and to the overwhelmingly spectacular, statue-dominated Piazza della Signoria for a generous helping of people-watching and a dose of Dolce Vita.
A short stroll along the nearby Ponte alle Grazie bridge crossing the Arno to the wonderful Pitti Palace and its treasures, the bucolic Boboli Gardens, and the unmatched city vistas from the Piazzale Michelangelo.
Artisans, markets, cafes, bars and restaurants are woven through the ancient streets (including the much loved ‘La Buchetta’ directly opposite and the rustic ‘Del Fagioli’ just around the corner!), while the handy Conad supermarket close by satisfies self-catering needs, and a nearby car park provides parking if arriving on four wheels.

Perfect place to stay in Florence for our family of 2 parents and 3 adult children. Beautifully renovated apartment, centrally located in Florence. Management was very professional and we felt we could contact them any time if needed. We will look up this company again the next time we travel to Venice or Florence!

Simply everything - it was fantastic.
It was shocking that the tv is this apartment is not a smart tv. Everyone has shows and movies in Netflix, Prime, Max, Apple etc that they want to look in on now and then even on vacation. In that respect I felt we were 20 years ago, forced to see what was available on just a few channels.
Also, if the bed in the back bedroom was a Queen, that would be an excellent primary bedroom. It has excellent privacy. The current “primary” bedroom is spacious and lovely, but it’s not connected to its bathroom, so it does quite work. You should turn that into another sitting room with gorgeous couches that can transform into beds on demand. Another living space would be awesome.

The apartment has the feel of craftsmanship and luxury. It was spacious with plenty of room for 3 couples. IT met our criteria of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The baths were excellent and we utilized the washing machine/dryer. We were met upon arrival and everything was explained to us. Would definitely return.
Sometimes the water for showers was warm, not hot . Perhaps this was due to there being 3 couples.
