It is elevated and directly accessible from the large main level living area, contiguous with the lower level deck. The pool and spa offer breathtaking views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and there is even a sun shelf for oceanfront relaxing. If you are looking for a more private pool/oceanfront experience, our home is perfect for you. The pool and spa can be heated during the cooler seasons for an additional fee.

- All bedrooms except bunk room have king beds!
- Downstairs living room has a ping pong table, air hockey table, and Pac-Man arcade game for hours of fun when not at beach!

This stunning 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath DIRECT oceanfront home was designed and built with your family and friends in mind! There's plenty of room....to be exact, there's 3735 square feet of living space, 680 square feet of porches, 710 square feet of deck PLUS an amazing main level elevated walk out pool and spa which overlooks the ocean. Our home comfortably houses 18 guests with plenty of large living spaces.
The uppermost level has 2 bedrooms (each with a king sized bed and private bath) with doors that open to the full deck and porches overlooking the ocean. There's also a large kitchen (with TWO refrigerators), dining room, open living room, and a powder room. There is plenty of seating for large groups! There is also a gas grill available for guests to use.
The downstairs main level has three additional king bedrooms - each with their own full bath. There is an additional bedroom on this level with has 3 sets of fabulous bunks (this bedroom also has its own full bath). The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. All four of the bedrooms on this level open up to a large living room / game room with large sectional sofa/TV, wet bar with microwave and icemaker, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and a classic Pac Man arcade game. There is plenty here for hours of enjoyment when not at the beach! This level opens up to a large deck, porches, and elevated pool and spa overlooking the ocean.

Fripp Island Stay
Access to resort amenities is optional as a guest at our home. If you wish to include access to these amenities with your stay, a 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities. This fee goes straight to the Fripp Island Resort for usage of resort amenities (golf, tennis, pools, restaurants, etc) and is optional. Our home offers the best of both worlds. If you choose to purchase access to resort amenities during your stay, you can enjoy all of the fun and festivities that the resort offers. However if you prefer a more private experience, our home has everything you could ever need including a private pool and spa overlooking the ocean. The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee.
Pets - not allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

We had an amazing time. We were 9 older ladies on the island for an event and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for living, hanging and sunning. When we come back to Fripp we will be staying here for sure. We also had contact with the property manager and she was amazing. We were not smart enough to figure out the elevator and in minutes, she appeared to save the day. You wont be disappointed.

The house and the home owners were amazing! My family and I were there for my son's graduation from the USMC bootcamp. The homeowners had left gifts and a nice card for my son thanking him for his service.
The property not only had an ocean view but had deer visiting throughout the stay and we even saw an alligator.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is just perfect, and will meet all of your needs without a doubt. You can never get enough of the view! Our family and friends enjoyed each and every minute of our visit.
The communication with the property manager was open and easy from start to finish. Heather and Paul ensured we had the best family/friends getaway possible. For that we are very thankful!
