About this apartment rental
Fully furnished and equipped 30+ day rental near hospitals and University of Utah. Ideal for Traveling Nurses, internships, students, extended medical care or relocation. Well located, just blocks from the U of U campus, central to many hospitals, and about a mile from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Museums, in the coveted Avenues of Salt Lake City with charming Victorian houses. Close to downtown and public transportation yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Bus stop a block away
Airbnb communication works great. I respond quickly. We want to be sure our guests are comfortable. We are private individuals, not a large corporation. Our cleaners work hard to keep our properties clean and can assist with minor needs. Our properties are covered by home warranty polices and repairmen can be sent out to repair any appliance, plumbing or electrical problems. Our handyman can be available as needed. Heber, where I live, is an hour from the property. I can come into town if needed. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a good stay.
You will have the entire apartment to your self with a private entrance. This is part of our four Plex set in a quiet residential area of beautiful Victorian homes. Your apartment includes a private laundry area, a small kitchen, a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a parking lot behind the building and free parking on the street.
Location Location Location!!! A stone’s throw away from U of U, the heart of SLC, Temple square and some of the best Museums Utah has to offer. You’ll love being centrally located in the Avenues of SLC and touring the beautiful Victorian style neighborhoods. You won’t find a better place to stay if you’re visiting Utah for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings, etc.
We have a small parking lot behind the four plex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus.

My daughters son had to be at the burn center in Salt Lake for an extended period, so I booked them this to stay. Communication for check in was easy and great. But, when she arrived, there were plenty of bugs, both alive and dead, and she was super uncomfortable staying. I immediately tried to cancel, and gave the owner 24 hours to remedy. I called the owner and emailed the with no response, so I booked her a hotel room,. I finally got a response from Nancy, she said she would send the exterminator out on Monday, this is on a Friday. For me, that meant at least a couple of nights after extermination before moving in, that's nearly a full week of my month stay that I cannot stay and have paid for other accommodations. I requested a cancellation and a refund., and, at this point, i left a sobbing message on Nancy's phone that I am a super host myself and would never have done this to anyone, let along cause so much additional stress to a family that already has a child in the burn center in Salt Lake. I was ready to simply lose the money I had spent on this unit, I booked another stay elsewhere and moved my daughter from the hotel to there. We never spent a single night in this unit, walked in, walked out. Nancy finally, finally refunded but not after hours and hours spent on the phone with VRBO and leaving her messages both on the phone and through the platform.
