Charming apartment in historical 16th century building, directly overlooking one of the most beautiful squares of the city of Turin. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2012, maintaining and preserving the historical details like the coffered ceiling, is equipped with every comfort and furnished with taste and design. Its location in the heart of the historical center of the city makes it ideal for an unforgettable stay in the city of Turin, both for tourism or business.
The entrance is on a large living room overlooking the square Piazzetta IV Marzo, with a dining area with extendable table for up to 8 persons, seating area with armchairs and a three-seat sofa convertible into two single beds or a double bed, an antique table desk from which you can have a romantic view of the bell tower of the church Chiesa di Santo Spirito, and a small wood-burning fireplace available for use.
The independent kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including dishwasher and oven, in order to allow you to prepare every meal.
There is a comfortable bedroom overlooking the square, with a double bed convertible into two single beds, equipped with a large wardrobe, shoe racks and shelves.
From the bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom with shower and washing machine; one additional small bathroom with toilet and sink is located in the living area.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard, adorned with plants.
The whole house is equipped with air-conditioning and independent heating system.

This place quickly felt like home. It's not a modern conversion with brand new minimalist furnishings and crockery, but a real place with music, books, two working mocha pots and a decent shower. What's not to like about that.It gets quite lively downstairs in the piazza, but 2 big floors up behind double glazing there is little to hear. There are multiple really good restaurants very close by, and the town centre is a few minutes walk away.

Paolo was an incredible informative, communicative, and helpful host. His apartment was in the absolute best location to everything we wanted to do and see. It was impeccably decorated, and furnished with everything that could be needed for a short or long stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great job Paolo!

Absolutely fabulous stay apartment was superb , location could not have been better for convenience to all attractions , really good restaurants on the square and within 200/300 metres so don’t have go far of an evening .Paolo’s apartment was great had everything you need , comfy, warm very clean as Paolo
Said we only had to take our clothes , Would stay again without hesitation and would highly recommend this little gem of Turin.

This is a beautiful apartment and the Host has it looking wonderful. Everything you need. I stayed there alone in the end, my sister was due to arrive but despite this everything is available. It looks as though guests had left little things behind to help future guests which was amazing and well received. I too, left some unopened pasta and rice for someone else to enjoy. I cannot thank Paolo enough, his communication was great. There are restaurants galore around and a great little shop and fabulous bakery around the corner. Thank you. The only thing guests need to know that it is up 4 flights of steps so if you have mobility issues this probably is not right for you. Thank you once again Paolo you have the most wonderful apartment. I left it as I found it… thank you!
