This rare 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom private home, originally built in 1890, has been beautifully remodeled to include all the comforts of modern living. Featuring stunning hardwood floors and timeless Aspen charm, this unique residence is a true mountain retreat. Known as Aspen's "Little Jewel," the home offers picturesque views of Aspen Mountain from the living area, is a short stroll to downtown Aspen, and is located less than four blocks from the gondola. Spread across two levels, the main living area boasts a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a formal dining space for six. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats two. Guests can also enjoy outdoor relaxation with a front porch and a firepit, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Additional amenities include complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a ski locker, and a barbecue grill. Street parking is available for guests. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

We loved the property. Perfect for the two of us. Wonderful master suite. Two bedrooms and three full baths was outstanding. Very convenient to grocery store and town. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Very tastefully decorated. I’ve highly recommend this place.

This was a lovely property, great location, and comfortable house. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and there are a lot of great amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
