About this villa rental
Elegantly poised above Kalamaki Bay, Villa Katostrato Beach offers smart, comfortable accommodation in a great location. You’ll be within walking distance of the largest sandy beach in this part of the island, plus a beach bar and a couple of restaurants. The generously proportioned terrace and sea facing living space are designed to make the most of the spectacular views, while inviting interiors will have you feeling right at home. What's more, Kassiopi and Agios Spyridon resorts are also easily accessible in a short car journey. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Perched on the hillside above the fantastic Kalamaki Beach, Villa Katostrato Beach is well placed for days on the sand. Locally, there are a few tavernas a stroll away. You can also head to the village of New Perithia, just a 3 minute drive from the villa. Here you’ll find a couple of mini markets for essentials as well as some restaurants. A few minutes further in the car takes you to the laid back resort of Agios Spyridon, with its charming beaches and eateries. If you fancy a livelier setting, try Kassiopi. The largest town in northern Corfu, it features a buzzing harbour and a great selection of bars, shops and eating establishments, just 7 minutes’ drive away. To see the traditional Corfu and sample rustic cuisine from the island, the formerly abandoned village of Old Perithia is now full of authentic tavernas and less than 30 minutes’ drive up the hillside.

we have a wonderful time at the villa. The location is perfect, a quick walk down the driveway and small path to the beach. the beach is sandy, the water exquisite. The beach bars are great and convenient..

We had a wonderful stay the villa was fabulous, everything was thought of . The owners were lovely nothing was too much trouble for them.
