About this villa rental
Spacious and independent family villa with its private swimming pool and its fenced and wooded garden leaning against the hill, on the edge of a large forest you can go directly from the back of the house hiking in the national park of the Islands of Medes and Baix Emporda , to make very beautiful mountain biking and walking tours. Beautiful, very clear view of the mountains, the countryside and the sea. Quiet environment, residential area. Located in Torre Gran. L'estartit and its port is a small village on the Costa Brava which has kept its charm, far from the big summer crowds, famous for its diving sites because it is a very famous marine reserve, endowed with natural reserves. Located 45 minutes' drive after the Perthus border. The house is 5 minutes by car from the sea and very large and beautiful wild beaches, where naturism is tolerated and a beach is allowed for dogs (La pletera), very beautiful coves accessible on foot. All the car parks behind the beaches are spacious and completely free. Very beautiful golf course 5 km away (Amporda Golf), and another Gualta golf course. Super market at 500 mt with vending machine, delicatessen butcher and LDL at 1km.

Villa was well equipped and outside space was really good, especially the covered terrace with dining table. Pool was small but fine for us. Would have rated the villa as excellent if it had Wifi and linen and towels need to be provided or available to hire. It would help if the property description stated that you have to bring your own linen and towels rather than finding this out just before we travelled. Overall would recommend.

Very well equipped and spacious property with beautiful garden, outdoor seating, patio and pool area with stunning 360 degree view from the roof top terrace. In a quiet residential area with easy access to lovely coves and medieval villages within the Costa Brava. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and I would recommend this property
