Small lakefront chalet, in the purest definition of the word cottage!
Flat land, beach, view, everything is there to guarantee you a successful moment of relaxation. For the hot days, the covered terrace and the air conditioning will be appreciated. A fire pit is also available for summer evenings.
This cottage is ideal for a family or friends who want to take it easy and wake up to the sound of birds singing!
Open area on the first floor, including a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. We also have air conditioning!
The basement has two bedrooms and a family room, which accommodates an extra bed and a washer/dryer area.
But the highlight is without a doubt the large flat lot, perfect for games or evenings by the fire. There is a small deck at the far end, near the water, where you can admire the scenery or watch the kids swim with peace of mind.

Please note that we offer smart TV. But to use Netflix, you need to enter your own username and password.
This property is distinguished by its terrace where meals during the summer season will be accompanied by a view of the lake and nature. You will be able to prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside, in order to make the most of the outdoors.
Parking on site, arrival by highway 10, then 55 to Stanstead, exit Ayer's Cliff and then it will be the 141 to destination.
