Absolutely adorable bungalow! Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this recently renovated, two bedroom, two bath home is the perfect rescue retreat! A beautiful large covered half wrap porch greets you as you stroll up the brick walkway. Leading thru the original full glass door to the living room with gorgeous wood floors. Continue on to the eat-in kitchen complete with farmhouse sink and gleaming stainless appliance. Out the kitchen door you will find an amazing covered deck with propane grill, and gas fire pit surrounded with comfy cushioned chairs. When it's time to retire for the night you will find both bedrooms have been completed with king beds and their on TV, with the Master having an en-suite bath. Perfect for 2 couples, small family or a girls get away!
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Very cute / charming, very well done and well appointed home. Clean, comfortable and looks pretty new. Amenities are very nice, from appliances, cutlery, dishes and silverware to towels and wash cloths (which seems odd to point out, but can be a huge issue with rentals). Quiet, huge fenced backyard with great entertaining spaces. The hot tub was turned on and hot and the house was even decorated for the holidays. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome. Great location, decorated very nice.
Used the fire pit our last night enjoyed it till the propane ran out.
We would for sure stay there again and will recommend friends and family to stay there.

When we got to the house and checked the hot tub it was filthy as if it had not been cleaned for our stay. The water in the kitchen would not ever get hot, the left sink in the “master” bathroom never got hot. That should be checked out before winter for sure. Invest in a Keurig for the home, the current coffee maker legit took 45 minutes to barely make coffee up to the 4 cup line. One other thing…get some better coverings for the living room doors that actually provide privacy. We liked the home, just a few little issues we saw that should be fixed. We did NOT appreciate the construction in the home next door at 7am literally jack hammering and shaking the bedroom of our house!
