Start the day with some coffee or gather at night on the wraparound covered porch with Azek decking equipped with bonus speakers and enjoy some cocktails. Lots of room on the front or back lawns for the family, kids & dog to relax and play (backyard is fully fenced in) or get cozy in the hot tub at night (to be used carefully & responsibly of course). Just a 2 minute drive, short stroll or even quicker bike ride down to the beautiful Delaware Bay beaches & famous sunsets. Book your stay in this quiet & private residential retreat and be just a quick ride from pretty much anywhere you want to go! Conveniently located just about 15 minutes from Cape May, Wildwood, Avalon & Stone Harbor & all they have to offer with dining/shopping/beaches/amusement & more! **Owner offering as a COURTESY a few beach chairs, games, toys and a few Cape May Beach tags to be enjoyed and returned where found by each tenant or they will be charged for replacement. Bikes are in the shed for use and return where found. Owner cannot guarantee these extras as sometimes prior tenants accidentally take things home with them and to replace would take time. Newer updates included blue stone pave patio in side yard and outdoor shower, and 2nd bath added, new queen mattress in Master bedroom and brand new countertop w/ backsplash also installed and finally 2024 updates include updated kitchen cabinets, 5 person hot tub and refurbished stock tank pool – enjoy! This property is available as a full winter rental for $1600 per month. Available from October through end of April.This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.

Amazing property to relax and enjoy your time away! Don’t hesitate to book this adorable home and sit back and relax, The Villas beach being dog friendly was a big reason we selected this property! The other being the adorable amenities offered. The backyard oasis truly helped us enjoy our vacation. Home was beautifully decorated & host was very helpful in making sure guests have what they in the home. We didn’t realize the bike shed had helmets, beach chairs. There even was a game bench in the backyard with spike ball. The kids supplies inside the home had our 6 year old in heaven with puppets, dolls and imagination play all week. I brought s’mores supplies but didn’t realize the fire pit had been replaced by the pool.Neighbors were friendly and parking was easy. Location was wonderful as we had easy access to get to Cape May Beach, Sunset Beach and the zoo quickly. First property on VRBO I used with a real estate partnership. Kimberly with Coastline went above and beyond to get us settled on check-in. Really appreciate her flexibility and kindness. Upon check-out, I missed the detail that it was a self cleaning rental although I did the 5 steps From realtor. When I arrived the directions did require linen changes so I striped beds and washed fresh sheets upon arrival and departure. I did note there was stains on mattress pads, pillows and a comforter, told owner and washed them. Owner worked with me when my kids spilled & repairs were needed. Would recommend!
