**Important Details:**
* **No Pets/Animals:** Unauthorized pets will incur a $425 cleaning fee + $350 pet fee per pet.
* **No Parties:** Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
* **No Smoking:** Smoking, vaping, or piping of any kind is prohibited inside the cabin or on covered decks.
* **No Fireworks**
* **No Glitter/Confetti/Paint/Essential Oils/Fragranced Diffusers:** Additional cleaning fees may apply.
**Security Features:**
Exterior RING cameras (driveways, entryways, patio) and a RING doorbell are present for security. Cameras record audio and video but are not monitored during your stay. No cameras are located inside the property.

Best cabin in broken bow! This was our second time staying at this cabin and everything was perfect. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Love the upstairs play area with ice maker and cabinets. Rooms are amazing and everything is decorated beautifully. Plenty of parking and close to everything. Love that fire pit, swing set and pool/hot tub is all within view from patio.

Pictures do not do it justice, this cabin aka castle is AMAZING! Our favorite is the set up of the back…the pool, hot tub, swingset…is on in direct view from main patio making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The owner responded quickly to questions and the property was immaculate. We come to broken bow 1-2 times a year and definitely plan to stay at the castle again soon.
