The Giulia apartment is one of the 3 apartments available to the villa and with which it shares the swimming pool. It has an independent entrance, an independent private garden with a personal barbeque, a gazebo for outdoor dining.

Just 1.8 km from the beaches and the center of Imperia.
Immersed in greenery and out of the noise of the city but at the same time a few minutes on foot (15 minutes using the pedestrian shortcut) or by car.
Guests can sunbathe on the 2 beach beds that they will find in the garden next to the covered gazebo where I am sure they will spend most of the day admiring the open panorama with views of the hills and the city.
Inside the apartment you will find everything you need to spend a nice holiday.
On warmer days you can enjoy the refreshment of the air conditioning.
The wifi covers the whole apartment as well as most of the garden.
The property is accessed via an automatic gate and guests are equipped with a remote control to be able to enter independently. There is also a pedestrian gate to be used to explore the surroundings. A few steps away you will find fantastic views of our magnificent hinterland. The bus stop is 50 meters away. I suggest, however, to take your car and leave it at the end of the street in order to be in the center in a few minutes.

We have spent fantastic family time in quite place with very nice view over Imperia.
Owners are very friendly, gave us good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa Lazzarini.
The apartment was very clean and tidy, the endowment was surpassing good (a knife block, lots of different plates, lots of utensils, a massive fridge, a freezer and even more kitchen accessories, air-conditioner, fly screen everywhere). The house has two bedrooms with two comfortable double beds and the bathroom is well furnished. All rooms own a massive window which all open up to different parts of the garden. We had our own big garden and terrace. The only small thing to criticise is, that we just had two sunlounger for four people. We always enjoyed staying at the pool which has a moveable roof.
There is a path down to the zentral of Imperia which takes around 20 min. Imperia is a nice city with lots of restaurants and a nice beach (you have to find the spots where you don’t have to pay for sunlounger). You can also visit the towns around it.
The best of all is the stunning view down the hill and the house owner! They are welcoming, heartwarming, friendly and always there for you. The house also has a massive folder with all sorts of information in it, like good restaurants, brochures, parking information and the waste separation.
You will definitely miss out if you don’t stay here!
