It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools (two which are heated), poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! The condo is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the biggest concern for us was cleanliness. The bathroom had mildew. There were also hairs on the sink upon arrival.

Wonderful condo right on the ocean. The mattress desperately needs to be changed. It is worn out, otherwise everything was great!

First visit to PCB. Location was great for beach access and travel to the Publix Ball Park. Lots of good local restaurants are nearby.
