What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. This property is monitored by 8 ring doorbell camera(s) with audio and video capabilities and it will be on during all reservations. The location of the ring doorbells are the following: front door, 2nd floor balcony door, three cameras in the carport, two cameras facing the pool, one camera facing the pool pump/AC, etc. The locations are posted in pictures online toward the end.
The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.
