Relax in the modern accommodations provided by the two-bedroom villa 207-3 of Pawleys Plantation. These sterling properties offer two private bedrooms two full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. Deluxe amenities like flat-screen TVs and fireplaces in living areas are standard, as are conveniences like complimentary WiFi, screened-in porches, and full kitchens. These villas are located in a gated community near the Pawleys Plantation course, as well as the pool area and conference center.
After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you a message to confirm your reservation.
Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it

Pawleys Plantation Resort is located about 7 miles south of the Litchfield Beach & Golf check-in office. Once checked in, expect about a 15 – 20 minute drive (depending on lights and traffic) to your Pawleys Plantation accommodations.

Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and a perfect laid back vibe with some great books.
