This magnificent villa, feet in the water and head at horizon height, is the ideal place to combine relaxation and pleasure while enjoying the sea view at all times. From this privileged observatory, the view escapes offshore. Curl up on the comfortable couch to read a good book while gazing into the distance, feast with friends and admire the lost boats on the horizon or fall asleep lulled by the melody of the waves on the rocks. Everything is here to forget yourself and think of only one thing: the sea view.

The most contemplative can take advantage of the artdéco mezzanine, a veritable observation platform for birds, boats or simply the sea.

We (a family with children) spent two wonderful weeks in this dream villa in Batz-sur-Mer. The location is simply unbeatable – directly above the Atlantic coast with breathtaking views of the sea. Watching the sunset every evening was a real highlight.The house is very tastefully furnished, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. It lacks absolutely nothing – from the kitchen to the bedrooms, everything is well-thought-out and of high quality.We particularly enjoyed the private pool, which provided plenty of fun and relaxation for both young and old. The surrounding area is also beautiful: small beaches, charming towns, and great opportunities for excursions, bike rides, or simply relaxing.Right next to the house is La Govelle, a great surfing spot. Jet skis can be rented at the harbor in Le Pouliguen, and the 45-hole golf course in La Baule is just a 15-minute drive away.We felt very comfortable from the very first moment and would come back anytime. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation in a dream location!
