Check out this 18th-floor, 3-bedroom incredible direct ocean-view condo at the incredible Renaissance Tower in the private community of Myrtle Beach Resort! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen-size bed, 2 Full-size bunk beds, and 2 Twin-size bunk beds for your party’s comfort! The space will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with plenty of activities for all.
Upgrade tile floors flow throughout the condo in this corner unit. The living area comes equipped with a comfortable seating to enjoy. The TV offers all the necessities such as Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery+, and HBO Max, amongst an assortment of streaming services available! (guests would be able to sign in into there own accounts ). It's there for you, but our guests tend to hang out on the balcony and watch the waves for hours instead!
The kitchen is perfect for those who like to dine in or make a quick meal. Granite countertops for great cooking space. The kitchen also brings enough storage cabinets for anyone to come and enjoy. We provide all basic cookware, dishes and silverware, utensils, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a multitude of meals for your family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric range, as well as small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker are included.
Don't Overthink it! We provide our guests with all the necessities from washcloths, bath towels, full bedding, and pillows, as well as toiletries such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, coffee, sugar, creamer, and even more! A lot of what you need is already supplied so don't worry about forgetting a few items, chances are we have you covered!
Guests will have access to cable and free wifi so don't stress about using your phone data! Exceptional wifi is available along with your stay so you can stream, text, make calls, whatever you need.
This is an individually rented unit. No Need to go to the front desk, providing you with a contactless check-in!

Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!
Secured parking available for both cars and trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. There is public transportation always available as well but to easily move throughout the city we recommend using Uber or Lyft as they are reliable and well priced!

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself
2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!
3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for you and the next guest!
The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

Rented this to be close to the beach. We got there and got unloaded which carts are provided in the lobby for easy transfer of luggage and such to rooms. We got up to our room a little before 9pm, walked in and it felt like a steam room. The place was very stuffy and hot. Looked at the thermostat and it was set for as low as it could go which was 68 but was currently sitting at 79. We reached out after an hour and we’re told be patient. We decided to go to bed and deal with in the morning. Come 7 that morning no one could sleep as it reached 82 inside even with the fans running. We again reached out to the owner and was told she’d have someone come look. At 11 my husband reached out and told the owner we still had no air, it was 82 and that we needed something done as we had young child there. She told my husband that we got it at a great deal for the place implying that we should not worry about the air conditioning. My husband said with two young kids that wasn’t acceptable and that she could refund us the money and we’d go else where. She finally decided to call someone out. Great. We were told they were on the way and it would be an hour which sucked but we were happy someone would be out. Finally at 4 someone showed up and fixed the issue. We were upset that someone missed out on a days vacation due to an issue that should have been checked prior to arrival. Looking at other reviews that came in after we booked our stay, this apparently was an issue brought up months ago but not addressed. The place was not as clean as I’d expected. There was a thick layers of dust on the door in the kitchen, someone’s dirty sock in the entrance room table from a previous guest, a water bottle with spit, chew and beer can under the side of one of the beds and the floors could use a good sweep and scrub as well as the walls. There were splatters of who knows what what on several walls in the kitchen/living room. We cleaned some spots on the wall that grossed us out. We also ended up wearing shoes inside because of how black our feet would get from the floors. Overall cleanliness was 1/5. However this was things we could take care of ourselves. The convenience of the beach and shops and food being so close were positives. The place was decent just not up to the standards advertised in the listing. Regarding the cleanliness, she did share that they hired a new company but that seemed to be the same response given previously as well to another reviewer.

The condo was everything we needed. Having a K-Cup coffee machine is a plus. Get your cup of coffee and enjoy the property and beach! All the different pools on this property keep the kids entertained. The only issue we had was the room was this being cleaned at check-in at 4pm. Great location for all the hot spots!

Great location BUT…… the front door was hardly secure, the vents all had layers of dust and possibly mold, the bathrooms had significant issues with showers not containing water and causing slip hazards, the oven door would not secure which did not allow the oven to hold temperature, molding and trim coming off the wall, doors splitting, and only 1 of the 3 TVs was operable. Attempted to contact host and VRBO multiple times with no resolution. The quality of the condo did not match the price of the accommodations. Very disappointing.
