Casa Muralla is a high quality holiday home for 6 people with a private terrace and beautiful pool where the sun shines practically all day.
This beautifully renovated historic house is ideal for families looking for a place as special as the historic centre of Alcudia, full of restaurants, traditional markets and boutiques and close to Mallorca's best beaches such as the beach of Puerto de Alcudia a tan just 2 km. or small coves such as Es Clot or es Morer Vermell.
On the ground floor there is a modern open kitchen with kitchen island that will delight travellers who love to cook. The kitchen opens up to the outdoor dining area, which is located in the beautiful outdoor area next to the hammocks and the lovely pool full of light.
In the living room we find a TV area and a sofa area, ideal for relaxing and listening to music. On this floor there is a guest toilet and the laundry room.
Casa Murallas has 3 spacious, light-filled bedrooms, designed with care and detail, located on the first floor. Each room has its own air conditioning, both hot and cold, to have the ideal temperature all year round.
The house has two further bathrooms, one with a separate bath and shower and the other with a shower.

Old town is great. Tastefully maintained and easy on the eye. Property is really well situated. 2 mins to main square but sooo quiet. Easily accessible from outside old town too. Wouldn’t recommend taking your car inside the walls. Property is really good. Private, good sized bedrooms and great communal spaces indoors and out.. Well equipped kitchen. Dishwasher needs a new basket but don’t let that detract. Would definitely return.

House is beautiful and very well located
The electricity ! 90€ for 5 days ?! With no washing machine, no tv, no cooking… we have no idea where these numbers came from ! Very very upseting. Feeling like a fraud.
And the key, hidden in a plant in the street? How professional is that ?

Man kann wirklich gut Urlaub machen und sich erholen, ist zwar Selbstversorger (mit reichhaltig ausgestatteter Küche), dadurch jedoch unabhängig von jedem vorgegebenen Rhythmus. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön, der Pool im Hof eine herrliche Erfrischung. Dass das Meer ein wenig entfernt liegt, stört nicht, wenn man mobil ist, am besten mit dem Rad, weil man in der Auswahl der Badeplätze flexibel sein kann und keine Parkplatzprobleme hat.
Die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer zog direkt auf das Bett das Problem ließ sich jedoch mit einer improvisierten Maßnahme gut beheben.

Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist sehr geräumig und reichhaltig ausgestattet. In der Altstadt Alcudia ist alles gut erreichbar, auch ein Supermarkt liegt in Gehnähe. Für reinen Strandurlaub sind andere Lagen besser, jedoch auch wesentlich lauter und greller. Besonders angesprochen hat die Atmosphäre des Hauses, seine Mischung aus alten Mauern und zeitgenössisch-praktischem Innenarrangement sowie der Umstand, dass auch um die Mittagszeit im schönen Innenhof immer ein wenig Schatten lag.
