This home is managed by the owner and is centrally located in a desirable neighborhood in the middle of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and conveniently located to multiple venues. The home is literally steps away from the Bedford Trails Linear Park which is a 5.6 mile trail primarily used for walking, running, bicycling and nature trips that is accessible year round. Upon request, bicycles may be provided for our guests use. You will love this home because of the current, cozy and home away from home feeling it will bring to your stay. This home will accommodate families, couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small groups that want to enjoy their stay all together in one home. The home has 1 bedroom with a king size bed with a private en-suite full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds and share the second bathroom. The main living area includes a large living room with 65 inch TV, dining area and kitchen all situated in the center of the home for group gatherings. The home has a covered backyard patio that will provide additional outdoor space to relax in. Parking is provided in the 2-car garage with electric door opener or in the property driveway which accommodates an additional 2 cars.

I ran a 6 mile loop on the trail next to the house, great location. Clean house too.

Owner was very interested in giving guests their needs. House was very stylish and well stocked, even some fruit for our arrival. We had a little AC malfunction but the repairman quickly took care of us. House is in a good neighborhood and close to many amenities.

We are local to DFW but stayed here while we had some renovations done and I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the area is to groceries, food, highway, etc.. This is a very cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a 2 week stay and we felt very safe and peaceful. It was perfect for our family of 5. It is an older home but it was very clean and nicely decorated. Family room seating and beds are all very comfortable.
