About this apartment rental

Playa is a purpose-built resort with full amenities (pool open May long weekend to October). Superhost on Airbnb 4.8 rating. This is an extra spacious 2bed+den penthouse unit with high ceilings, large corner balcony with beautiful view and no neighbors. It is NOT a loft and there are only 2 units at Playa del Sol with this layout.
2 bathrooms- ensuite bath plus bath connected to the 2nd bedroom and common area. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Balcony access off queen bedroom and living room. Sleeps 4 adults plus small child or small adult in the den.
MAY long weekend TO OCTOBER ONLY amenities- Pool with pool deck, lounge chairs, courtyard with bbq area, hot tub.
Gym and steam room- available all year. Beach across the street. Safe indoor parkade for 1 car (6'11" height restriction)

Very easy check in. Quick communication. Plenty of room for the family. Had everything we needed and great location. Property looked like the pictures

Great location a short walk to the lake and beach.. the unit was spacious, well furnished and equipped with a great deck and BBQ. The unit is ideal for a family or group of friends. Our grandson loved the roof top pool. The owner Jana was very accommodating.
