Beautiful Luxury Home for Rent in upscale Sun Up Ranch Sedona
This gorgeous home has 5200 sf with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. It's on about an acre of land with an awesome view of Gun Sight Rock, Southwest of Bell Rock.
Huge Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 2 head walk-in shower, & large walk in closet. 3 bedrooms (queens) are connected to each other with a jack-n-jill style bathroom including an extra deep bathtub. 1 guest room (queen bed) with walk-in closet and has ensuite bathroom. There's also a finished basement with a fold down full size bed as an extra sleep area. 4 fireplaces, one is a kiva style in kitchen, one in living room, & one in basement, all propane. Another is an outdoor wood burning fireplace upstairs on deck. Kitchen is over 500 sf with adjoining open dining room. 2 dishwashers. Laundry room. Excellent backyard patio with 11' island style grill, pergola, outside dining table, putting green, & hot tub for 6 adults. Cornhole & Giant Jenga games. This is a beautiful home in an isolated neighborhood in the village of Oak Creek. The views of the mountains are phenomenal. The backyard is amazing with the Koi pond and putting greens and just the layout. We rented this house for a business trip with my associates, but I’m going to rent it again for a couples trip sometime in the near future. George, the owner is great.

Beautiful Home. Plenty of room. The view is unbelievable. Hot tub and star watching were the highlight of our trip! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

This house is in a wonderful area, with a very pretty view, however there are some things to know before you go. The basement is quite dark and dated. Much of the house is very dated. There is a lot of the owners things in the closets and drawers. One of the bedrooms that shares the main level full bathroom has a door with a glass window with no shade, just frosted. That bedroom is very small and you have to go through one of the other bedrooms to get to the shared bathroom. The basement has a futon and full bathroom but there were no blanket set ups for it, and it is very musty down there, slight smell of mold, just slight. Lastly, there is someone who stays in the Casita on the property. This is not disclosed. He was respectful and stayed gone most the day, but we had all women staying there, and this should have been told to us as the Casita faces the backyard where the jacuzzi and everything is. Overall we had a lovely stay.
