Beautiful, historical residence "Militair Hospitaal Oostende", 3 storeys, built in 1913, renovated in 2009. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Oostende, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. In the house: lift. Shop 1 km, supermarket 750 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.5 km, café 1 km, tram "De Lijn" 500 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 100 m, railway station "NMBS Railway station" 4 km, ferry "5 minutes to Oostende" 750 m, sandy beach "Oostende Strand" 100 m, nudist beach 8 km. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon - exposition / restaurant 500 m, Hang Time - trampolinepark 500 m, Mercator Boat 5 km, Plopsaland De Panne 43 km, Domein Raversijde 10 km, James Ensor Gallery 6 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
