Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. Walk to SunsetWalk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre waterpark.
THE SPACE:
Kick back and relax in the family room, bedecked with a massive wraparound section that features the latest sink-in comfort. In addition, you will uncover guest seating, a coffee table, sleek entertainment center, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. So, go ahead, pop the popcorn, dim the lights… It's time for a good old fashioned movie night!
Swimming with nautical vibes and trendy décor, the den is the perfect place to hang out and reminisce about your day. Here, you will uncover a cozy couch, farmhouse entertainment center, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television.
Whip up a fresh batch of margaritas in your deluxe kitchen! Offering the utmost in versatility, this stylish galley provides a heaping helping of stainless-steel appliances, pristine cabinetry, and plenty of counter space to go around. Meanwhile, the center island makes for one fantastic breakfast bar, staged with four wooden stools. Did somebody say “pancakes?” It is vacation, after all!
Conveniently located nearby is a handsome supper table with spindle legs, high back chairs, and room for a party of six. In addition, this location features wide planked wood flooring and an abundance of natural light.
There are three bedrooms from which to choose, each with their own unique charm, stylish appeal, flat-screen television, and private en-suite.
Located on the 1st floor is Bedroom #1 with a queen bed and private bathroom shower. Bathed in white with seafoam maritime décor, this stunning room features matching night tables, a dresser, and extra storage within the bed.
Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed with a private bathroom and bathtub. A subtle island-tan palette and stately headboard make this room refreshingly tranquil, as oceanic artwork dresses the walls.
Finally, Bedroom #3 presents a king bed with a private bathroom and shower. Clean, crisp, and subtle; this boudoir is what rest and relaxation is all about. An ultra-wide dresser makes unpacking an absolute breeze, as low profile night tables help provide extra room to help you spread out and make this house your home. In addition, the en-suite provides a lovely layout, paving the way for ultimate relaxation.
**Be sure to book some time soaking up the sun during the day and dining under the stars at night. Here, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do both on your private patio, already stocked with a dining table and lounge chairs. Oh – and did we mention – you have access to your very own pool and spa w/a built-in heater? You can even add an optional pool heat package for only $35/day + tax.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We wish we would have had the pooled and hot tub heated. It was too cold to use for the week so we never swam.

The property overall was very very nice! The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but other than that the rental it’s self was super clean! Unfortunately communication was very broken which was a HUGE disappointment. We called each day to ask a couple questions and was told we would receive a phone call back and never did, was also told we’d receive emails from them and we never did. The listing was not very specific about the pool and jacuzzi, they have an additional fee per day, to have the jacuzzi heated which wasn’t explained until THE DAY we checked out (after 4 days being there) So we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi what so ever, which was such a huge disappointment and we never even got an apology nor them at least attempt to make things right… That was the deciding factor when choosing our/ this rental.. :(
