About this house rental

Beautiful, cosy villa. On the outskirts, 1.9 km from the centre of Renesse, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: large garden 300 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Transferium Renesse" 2.6 km, railway station "Station Goes" 39 km, sandy beach "Renesse Beach" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 500 m, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Castle Moermond 3 km, Port Zelande(Swimming Pool,Plaza,Sports) 8 km, Klimbos Zeeland Weserschouwen 12 km, Middelburg 36 km, Goes 39 km, Rotterdam 70 km. Hiking paths: Boswachterij Westenschouwen 9 km, National Park Oosterschelde 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Duinzicht Renesse", 4-room house on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Open living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower. Large, open kitchen (dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. A deposit of 100 EUR per person can be charged on site. EXEMP_NOT_MAIN_RESIDENCE
