About this apartment rental

Beautiful and cozy loft apartment, completely new and with all the comforts, located in a historical building of the 19th century (the fountain that is located in the inner courtyard, was donated by the Catholic Reyer in 1488) Completely furnished, with first class equipment Quality and modern and functional design. The building has an elevator. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with shower. Supermarket and public parking right next to the apartment. And what makes it unique is its wonderful terrace, decorated in the purest Andalusian style, where you can enjoy the wonderful sun of Malaga. FREE WIFI HIGH SPEED, hot / cold air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, etc. Fully complete kitchen with (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchenware, kitchen utensils, etc). The house is delivered with sheets and towels for all guests.

Payment was a little confusing as I thought I had paid VRBO but even though I got a confirmation they did not take the money and I subsequently had to pay the property managers. It was quickly sorted out though so no issues. The location of the property is amazing and all attractions, beach and historical centre are easy walking. Property Managers were really helpful and organised a taxi to and from the airport. We were due to arrive before check in and they provided useful information on where we could store our luggage, however much to our delight they let us know as soon as the property had been cleaned and we got in early. Constructive feedback, shower could do with a little tlc, it didn't bother us though. Bedside tables would be a very useful. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. If you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs as the road is really busy and the recycling bins at the end of the road can be noisy.

Communication with the managing company was excellent and their staff very helpful. Location was great with everything we wanted within easy walking distance. One thing - some of the crockery and other kitchenware was beyond our reach on high shelves. A small step to help those of us a little vertically challenged would be wonderful! The apartment block was lovely and well looked after. The street outside is a busy one and can be quite noisy. Didn’t bother us though; we live in a busy area in a major city!

We spent 4 nights in the apartment. Fantastic communication with Malaga Planners who run the property. Clear and detailed instructions - self check in with key box as we arrived quite late at night. The team even arranged a taxi pick up from the airport for us - which was great for that late arrival. The apartment itself is just as pictured - small but perfectly formed! We loved the small balcony where you could sit and watch the world go by - only beware of the fumes from the traffic - particularly the buses - as it's quite a busy wee street below. 2nd floor but has a lift. The location is amazing. Right on the edge of the old town centre - and right next door to the fantastic food market which is a delight to explore in the mornings. There's a late night market/shop at the end of the road - 2 mins walk away - and there's a Lidl and ALdi about 7-8 mins walk should you need a more substantial shop. 1- 2 mins walk takes you to everything the old town has to offer in terms of sightseeing, restaurants, bars - all on your doorstep. 8 mins walk to the harbour/bus station and tourist bus. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better location. Couple of tiny things that could improve the experience - not major - but more towels for a longer stay would be helpful - and provision of cleaning items (surface cleaner etc). Some basic cooking items - salt/pepper/oil - extras I know but often available in self-catering properties now. Overall would certainly go back.

We stayed on week.Very clean and cosy appartment,directly in the old town of Malaga. Fully equipped and with a nice balcony. Only the street is really noisy, so you have to close the windows at night. Aircon.is working very well.
