The house was wonderful, clean, spacious and had all the amenities that were listed. Highly recommended! Check in was very easy and they texted after a few days to see if everything was going well. The house is in a quite neighborhood and there is plenty of vegetation that provides nice privacy. The lanai and the large sliding glass doors were fantastic and we all spent time reading outside in addition to having several dinners outside. The grill and the kitchen were well equipped, the only thing that was missing was a can opener which we mentioned to the property manager. The grocery store was walking distance along with ice cream, shave ice and coffee. Bikes, beach towels, chairs, coolers and umbrellas were all available, plus some sand tools for younger kids. Outside hoses were helpful to clean off muddy hiking boots and we used the laundry more then I thought I would. The twin beds upstairs had thinner mattresses which made be fine for smaller kids, but my adult daughter stacked them to make them work for her. The ceiling fans/AC units were very nice at night.

Beautiful home and community! Quite surroundings but yet close to groceries, food, and entertainment. Hosting agency very responsive and the guide they provided was very informative.
