Floor to ceiling bookshelves full of interesting art and books. 4 barstools make it easy to gather for meals and games. 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV and super fast WIFI. Beautiful Italian tile throughout. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and luxurious towels. Full size washer and dryer. Relax in the comfortable living space for a movie or to enjoy one of the many interesting books. Garage for bike storage only. 6 minute walk to downtown square with many restaurants, shops, and bars. 15 minute walk to Crystal Bridges art museum. 6 minutes from Walmart Headquarters.

Studio C was one of the best rentals that I've had the pleasure of staying at worldwide. Very clean and well-appointed for our long weekend MTB stay in Bentonville. The location was also perfect for riding to the trails. This will be our first choice when planning future trips to Bentonville!

Beautifully decorated, ultra-comfortable over-the-garage apartment. Centrally located so that there is a lot that is walkable. So many wonderful extras and small touches provided by the host (nice shower products, excellent coffee, small snacks, bluetooth speaker to use, etc) made our stay extra special. Highly recommend for a great Bentonville getaway!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The community is charming and a short walk to downtown. We brought our bicycles and were able to take a ride on one of the many trails offered in Bentonville. The studio apartment was amazing! The host thought of every detail when decorating. We appreciated the coffee station too. Wow, such a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Debbie!
