Getting Around:
Los Cabos Airport is 21 miles away - about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Rent a car for total freedom or use taxis and ride services. Either way, you're perfectly positioned to hit all the best spots!

Booking basics
Minimum age 30 for primary booker. You'll sign a simple rental agreement and may need to provide ID at check-in. Security deposit applies and gets refunded after checkout when everything's in good shape.
This is your private oasis, but we're in a quiet gated community. Music and conversations are totally fine until 10 pm - after that, keep it mellow for the neighbors. Stick to your group size (no surprise extra guests) and no pets allowed.
The non-negotiables
No smoking indoors, no illegal activities ($500 fine - seriously, don't test us). You're responsible for any damages or extra cleaning needed. If you bring in outside services (massage, chef, etc.), you're accountable for anything that gets damaged or goes missing.
Your privacy and safety
Exterior security cameras protect the property (not watching you, just keeping everyone safe). No daily housekeeping included, but we can arrange cleaning through concierge if you want it.

We loved our consierge and the snacks that she left for us. She was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. The house was gorgeous and well laid out. Lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating inside the house. Lots of glassware too.The area that could use improvement was the maintenance of the house. There was no hot water in 3 of the bedroom showers when we arrived and it wasn’t fixed for 2 days. One of the safes was broken and had to be replaced. The air conditioning in one bedroom stopped working but was fixed the next day. The handle on one toilet didn’t work properly which meant the toilet continued to run. There was a large tear in one of the living room chairs and almost all of the cabinets and some doors were worn or scratched. Considering the cost of the rental, these things shouldn’t have happened or should have been repaired. Why didn't the cleaning crew notice the cold showers? A couple of additional outdoor chairs would be nice around the circular table and sofa area.The house sleeps 8 but only 6 chairs are provided. None of these items were so bad that we would not come again. We loved the house. However maybe the price was a little too high considering the condition of the home. A brochure stating how to get to the beach & code, how fans work, garbage disposal location, hot tub instructions, basic information etc would be helpful.

We stayed at this large villa in the Blue Sea gated community for two weeks. The house is large and spacious, beautifully decorated, each bedroom has a large LCD TV with a firestick and access to Netflix and many other streaming services. The pool is really nice and was kept at a constant 89 degrees, the hot tub was set for 102. The outdoor grilling area was really nice with built in sink next to the grill and covered outdoor dining area. There were two table top fire pits on top of hat outdoor dining table and also another in the outdoor seating area that were really nice. There is a built in Sonos speaker system for the terrace and pool area, living rooms and master bedroom all with separate volume controls that was a really awesome addition! In the kitchen are high end Wolf oven/stove top and Wolf Microwave. There was also two blenders, a Ninja and a regular blender which was nice to have two options when someone wanted to make a smoothie or drink. There was an amazing Breville Citrus Press for getting fresh orange, lemon, and lime juice as well as a Breville Juicer which we didn’t use. There was Breville Espresso Machine and a regular coffee pot. There were 4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and 2 Tommy Bahama Beach umbrellas we used and were awesome! Luna Cabo the host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. If we had any needs they were immediately addressed!! The entire back of the house for the three rooms and living room all have sliding doors that open!
