Come enjoy our 1 bedroom, with upstairs loft that features a Queen sleeper sofa and desk, 1.5 bathroom condo located on the second level of the complex in a gated community with a detached one-car garage for parking. You can’t beat its great location and five star resort style amenities within the community. Westin Kierland Golf Course is in walking distance and the TPC is also just minutes away. You can find unique shops, upscale dining and entertainment at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter just a mile away plus easy access to the freeway and close to Mayo Clinic. The beautiful community includes heated outdoor pool, spa, fitness room, stainless BBQ area and large ramada for outdoor dining.
*Parking: Garage parking for 1. There are additional uncovered parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex for a fee of $10.00 per day or $150 for the month. If additional parking is needed the fee is to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
*The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home. We will reach out to you to request this information which includes vehicle information.

Enter the condo and walk up another set of stairs. The kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, traditional coffee maker and items to prepare your meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a table for 3. The living room has a leather sofa with recliners and a nice leather recliner, gas fireplace and a flat screen 55" smart TV with cable.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, 55 TV with cable, closet and private master bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. There is a loft upstairs that features queen sleeper sofa and desk with chair. The guest half bathroom has a single sink.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
-Guests will access the unit by an external set of stairs. There are also stairs within the condo as you walk in the door to the main floor of the condo. Additional stairs up to the loft.

Great location near everything. It was very clean and well equipped for our two-week stay. A quiet complex. Lovely! The 26 steps up and down to get into unit was very difficult to manage- luggage, groceries and every day life- and, had we known, we wouldn’t have rented there. That was the only drawback. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a great find.

Great location and nice access to pool. Hot tub was not working however. The amenities are good, however the home is very dated and the carpeting was quite dirty and kitchen table was old with uncomfortable chairs. Everything else was as stated. There are stairs to access home, however this was indicated and not a show stopper.

The iTrip representative was very easy to work with when we reached out. While the unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked & had what you needed….the furniture was very old, worn and mismatched. Maybe the owner was going for an antique vibe. The mattress was so soft that I slept 3/8 nights on the floor. It did have a garage, but there was no access from it to the unit. Assuming this is the case with this style unit in this complex. Two sets of stairs to reach unit (one outside one inside)…if this is an issue for you. While this unit did check some boxes, it just wasn’t the experience we expected in Scottsdale! We love this complex and will definitely stay here again, just not this unit.
