The cottage has plenty of parking within steps of the beach. The upstairs unit has a balcony with seating for two and beach sight lines. The cottage is located between 7th and 8th with two access points to the beach: the public access at Kooky Coconut on 8th or the public access on 7th. The short walk to the beach does not require road crossing (see the map for beach access points).

 Everything is well-maintained for your comfort. Please keep the property clean during your stay.

 Any kind of illegal drug or tobacco use/smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises.
 Maximum occupancy cannot exceed four, including children.
 You are NOT allowed to host any PARTIES OR EVENTS during your stay.
 Please be mindful of your noise level and make sure to follow the quiet hours.

This rental is located on the 1st floor of the property. Both units have access to the lower deck and BBQ grill.

Our weekly rental schedule starts and ends on Saturdays and a 7-day stay is usually required for holiday and high-season weeks.
