This spacious home offers a large and comfortable great room with a dining area and attached large deck. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. Two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs .The first bedroom has a new king size bed with a balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you look at the boats in the river. The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds which can be put together to make a king (converter kit at the house) as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Additional queen size bed on the first floor in a converted den with full bath across the hall.
Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Amenities include mini split air conditioning and each bedroom, washer/dryer and WIFI. Located just 1 mile to West Dennis Beach. Large lawn fronting the river leads to small private beach perfect for fishing and crabbing. Paddle board rentals available close by. Book now for a memorable vacation experience.

second time at this property. everything was good. only problem is trying to keep or get the downstairs cooled down. very hot inside and very humid. might be time to invest in a mini split. other than that. Another great year at the Cape.
