Bedroom 1: King master w/TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to pool patio
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen w/TV, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, direct access to patio
Bathroom 1: King ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom with walk-in shower (directly outside bedroom 2)
Bathroom 3: Queen ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
DOCK: Dock is approximately 20ft. There are low bridges to reach the main waterways with only about 6ft of clearance depending on the tides.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be a non-aggressive breed and well-trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

My family of 5 with three kids (ages 16, 14 and 12) had a wonderful week at Coconut Cove. We rented a golf cart but the beach was walkable as well. My kids loved swimming in the pool, playing mini golf, swinging in the hammock and taking the kayaks out on the water. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation.

Everything was great! Only complaint is we wish we were given the heads up to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags!

Great family gathering spots: pool, dining table (meals and games) and living room (watching the Olympics). We had family photos taken in the back yard. An all around great spot for our family gathering!

The home is well laid out and spacious and very clean. The hot tub only worked when it wanted. The photos need to be updated as a lot of the foilage is dying or dead. Only had 2 bath towels per bathroom, so laundry had to be done everyday
