With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it can comfortably sleep 6. Other amenities include a full kitchen, laundry, gas fireplace, WiFi, TV options (ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu), comfortable furniture, and new mattresses Outdoors there is a patio, table, and small grill. There are no other houses behind this house so you can enjoy the quiet and can see the river when the leaves are off, although it is not super close. Nicely decorated modern styled house that sits close to other houses. Appreciated the cleanliness and the supplies (coffee, teas, cooking supplies )...Bedrooms were nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable (just wished that the roman shades wouldn't allow sun to peak in though on the sides- no blackout effect, plus no screens on the windows ). The bathroom was nice, shower worked very well (the towels were not the softest...) Living room sofa sits quite low but overall functional. Overall enjoyable stay except for the fact that street paving was taking place during our 3 day stay. Work crew started as early as 5:20 am. We couldn't really sit outside. Wished this wouldn't have tinted the experience so much. But, location was nice and everything was in walking distance.
