About this house rental
Stand-alone 220 m² holiday home and sauna house right on the water with a view of Rügen. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 30 minutes. accessible by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site from February 2018. The entire approximately 3000 m² property is fenced and partly surrounded by hedges and bushes. In the garden there is a tree / play house for children. On the lake side there is a large terrace with a barbecue.

We had a very cosy weekend with the family after a patient handover of the house.
The house has a great location with a very impressive view of the water in front of the door. The bedrooms were very cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a fireplace in the living room to make an additional fire. Thanks to the whole team!

We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at this property. The views were breathtaking, expecially from the tree swing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together but if needed also find a quiet momment of sanctuary alone in the many different nooks in and outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utinsils needed to cook or BBQ outside. Thanks again for a wonderful place for our family to reconnect and rejuvinate.
