The property features a lovely outdoor area with a private swimming pool and chill-out space, designed for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying long afternoons outdoors in a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.
Inside, you will find a warm living room with a fireplace, creating a cosy and family-friendly atmosphere, along with a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay all year round.
Layout of the property
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
1 additional bedroom with a toilet
In the attic, ideal for children, there are two beds and a sofa bed, creating a perfect space for rest or play.

20 minutes from the Costa Tropical
45 minutes from Sierra Nevada ski resort
The swimming pool is available during the summer season. Please check opening and closing dates before booking.
During winter months, firewood is not included in the rental price.

We stayed for around 2 weeks. Very minor issues were resolved immediately. Gorgeous gardens and a nice pool. The outside kitchen was really well used. Interaction with the owner was a pleasure and a joy. Really nice man. Fides Homes were very helpful at all times. All this made our stay very pleasant. Nice private location with easy access to many facilities. Highly reccomend the home.

Una casa estupenda, con un jardín increíble. Perfecta para familias o grupos de amigos. La familia es súper amable, siempre atentos para cualquier cuestión. Muy recomendable.
