This sweet home was perfect for 7 of us and a dog for a long weekend. The home had everything we could have possibly needed for a seamless experience. We loved feeding the horses and hearing the roosters crowing in the morning. The location is perfect to get to Maryville and to Knoxville easily. The host replied promptly to all my questions which was so helpful.

This is the second time I've stayed at Yellow Teacup Cottage, and I can tell you that I will be back again. It is a beautiful house, wonderfully decorated. It's perfect for friends or family outing as there is enough room to do things together, or you can be by yourself. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The home is very clean. Instructions are easy to understand, it is a comfortable space that makes you feel at home. The horses and goats in the nearby paddocks were a delightful bonus. Christie is one of the best hosts I've had in VRBO properties, she is very responsive and very helpful, Five stars all the way here!

The house and property were perfect for a stay with a dog. Enough space for the dog to exercise and the four horse were great to interact with.

We needed a house that would sleep six. This was a roomy property with plenty of seating and separate rooms that we could all do our own things. The horses were amazing to watch. We loved bird watching as well.The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (we especially loved the ice maker because we had six people). It was a quiet end of the road. But we were able to have groceries delivered.If we come back to Knoxville - we will definitely rebook!
