We had a great visit to this Cottage! It was the perfect size for our family, very clean, and we loved visiting with the horses and goats! We were here this time for a concert downtown and it was very convenient. If we are back in Knoxville, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was so nice, especially the location. Close to Knoxville, the airport and nearby towns. Christie was awesome! She was there if you needed anything! Quickly responding to any questions you might have. The property is old, just as written. But it holds so much character it made me feel like I was at home. The kitchen is wonderful, all that you need and more. Having the horses right there was fun to watch. And didn't take much for them to come over and say hi. Carrots are a must - it was fun to feed them. Roosters, turkeys and goats too. It was all very cool. We felt safe and secure there. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

We were 3 professional men here for the music festival. We spent very little time here except to sleep and shower. Two of the bedrooms have insuite bathrooms, leaving the person in the other bedroom going into the other bedroom to use the toilet. I’m not fond of single ply toilet paper, but otherwise the place was roomy, charming and quiet.
