Escape to a delightful home in Pine along the North Fork of the South Platte River for a tranquil retreat.
This 2-bedroom home features 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, and 3 trundle beds, perfect for families or friends looking for a Colorado getaway. The loft offers 2 trundle beds for additional sleeping space. Please note: the trundle beds are listed as bunk beds below.
The large kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for preparing a large meal.
Sit by the fireplace in the large, vaulted front room or enjoy looking out over the river from the sunroom.
Take in the beautiful scenery from the back deck overlooking the river. Fish along our private stretch of the river, and in the summer cool off in the pond. You are welcome to catch and release fish from the pond without a license. Fishing license required for river. We have a few basic rods and reels in the garage. If you want a complete fishing set-up, please contact the outfitters at Flies & Lies in Deckers, CO. https://www.flies-n-lies.com/
Bring your own paddle board or floaties to enjoy the pond! Swimming in the pond is at your own risk. Swimming in the river is not recommended, as it is quite cold and swift. We require all guests sign a liability release waiver before their stay.

This is a lovely home that's perfect for family gatherings. It's our extended family's favorite "holiday house" when they visit us in Denver. It gives us a little vacation out of the city in a beautiful home where everyone is comfortable. My nephews love fishing on the South Platte and my elderly dad can watch them from the porch. The kitchen is very well appointed. You will find everything you need to cook and serve a big family meal. The hosts are very responsive, with a quick reply to any questions. Thank you for another memorable vacation in Pine!

Nice place, well stocked. No jetted tub as advertized. Others used firearms for shooting range, why not now?

The house was beautiful and so was the area around the house. We only wish we could spend more time in the house and wandering around but we used it mostly for sleeping.

This home is beautiful!Had everything we needed for a fabulous four-day stay. Could hear the river flowing, so slept like babies.Would stay here again and again!Amanda, the host, is wonderful!
