About this house rental
This is a renovated and conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from downtown! Enjoy hassle-free check-in as you make your way down the stairway to the porch and enter into the welcoming kitchen. With all new appliances, enjoy cooking up meals in the modern kitchen or rest in the living room, every space has been fully updated for the utmost comfortability. The bathroom is one of the highlights with its beautiful updates and amenities. Street parking. Must do steps!!

9 minutes from Primanti Brothers (you`ll have to go eat here!!)
10 minute ride from Market Square
8 minutes from Carnegie Science Center
10 minutes from The Andy Warhol Museum
Some places are walking distance as mentioned other places you will want to Uber or drive street parking in front of the house is free and has not done limitation.
There is a $300 fee if you smoke in the house.
No ice maker in the home. You’re more than welcome to bring your own ice and put it in the freezer. There is a bin, but there is no icemaker.
