We had a wonderful long weekend at this Marblehead home. The description and photos were exactly as advertised, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal—within a gated community that offered so much to do, including a restaurant, Tiki bar, water taxi, and marina.The house itself was perfect for our family gathering. It was nicely appointed, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook and entertain just as if we were at home. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around and explore.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’re truly appreciative to have found this home in BayPoint. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and functional house for a perfect family vacation. The screened in porch was our favorite sitting spot. We loved the beach across the street. Everything was so easy and convenient in the resort. It exceeded my expectations with things like beach yoga and use of the golf cart. We would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive to all communications, He went above and beyond. His follow-up on every message was prompt and reassuring.The house itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for family vacations. It was comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Three generations of our family enjoyed the pool, the beach, and exploring the surrounding area.Thank you for facilitating such a memorable and enjoyable family vacation. After 5 years at Bay Point this was the best home yet. We look forward to returning!
