"Excellent stay in this beautiful home! Location was great and it was incredibly clean. Hot tub was a perk and the the kitchen was well appointed. Lots of towels both bath and beach. "Where to start - Upon arrival the home was absolutely beautiful and the lake view was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked, one of the most stocked I have seen. "The house was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. "Absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy. - Water Levels - Regulated by TVA, so standard timeframe for water, up to the water wall, is April 15 to at least October 15

The house was perfect for our family while attending the TN Bass Nation High School Championship. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Only minor issue we had was hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but we never found one. Luckily, another person in our party was coming the following day, and was able to bring one. Check in process was easy and communication with host was excellent. We will definitely book again for Bass Nation fishing tournaments at Watts Bar.

The house was clean, had everything we needed and was just as described. I do feel the management company needs to get back to guests . When I called them, they never answered the phone. I always had to leave a message and wait for them to get back with me. The "book" in the living room needs to be updated with the correct hot tub instructions. The front door key code lock system is on a timer. If you are arriving earlier than 4:00, you may need a different code to get in.

The check in process was confusing. There is a lockbox adjacent to the door which appeared to be where you would find a key to enter. However, it did not work, but after a phone call to Donna we realized that a second keypad was located above the door handle. Unfortunately it was not visible due to the storm door. I would suggest that this be explained in the check in instructions.
