This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Totally hands off.The stay was orchastrated through a third party.The key pock up was incorrect.Therexwere absolutely no instructions or information about the heating, hot water, garbage pick upvetc.

We were very happy with our stay. The flat was in a boring block but beautifully decorated inside with everything provided. There are steep stairs to the bedrooms so not suitable for some. It’s near the Regents Canal and a large park.
