This is a stunning finely decorated, ALL SUITES townhome at Magic Village Yards. It's the place you've been looking for: gorgeous home with space and comfort for everyone, and the most PRIVILEDGED location, just 6 miles away from Disney World!

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PARKING
1. Each unit has a designated parking spot in front of the building, marked with the unit number painted on the ground. Please ensure you park in the designated spot that corresponds to the unit you are staying in.
2. Two cars are allowed per house. If there is more than one vehicle, the additional vehicle(s) must park in non-assigned parking spots, which do not have unit numbers painted on the ground.
3. Trailers and mobile homes are not allowed.
4. Vehicles that do not follow these rules will be towed at the owner's expense.
CLUBHOUSE
5. The clubhouse is a private property, to have access to the clubhouse amenities, there ́s a resort fee of $100/day. Payment can be done to the front desk located at the clubhouse.
6. Amenities are: gym, kids playroom, pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
7. The amenities can be accessed during the clubhouse operation hours (from 8am to 10pm).
TRASH
8. Trash is collected daily between 1pm and 2h30pm
9. Each unit has a trash can outside the front door.
10. Please use quality 12–13 gallon tall kitchen trash bags, ensuring that all trash is properly bagged before being disposed of in the trash bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit overnight. If you have trash, please dispose of it at the compactor.
GENERAL RULES
11. Service dogs are allowed with a valid certificate, which must be presented at the resort gate or at the clubhouse reception upon arrival.
12. All deliveries must be sent directly to the house, as the clubhouse is not responsible for receiving or holding packages. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to enter the community and complete deliveries. However, the U.S. Post Office (regular mail) is not permitted to deliver inside the community. Please make sure any deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered outside of your reservation dates or for any items that may go missing after delivery.

Property was new, but small things annoying

This place was nice, but there were things that really made me very uncomfortable and annoyed.
* The gate codes never worked. We had to always follow someone in or hope that management would let us in.
.1. The downstairs bedroom bed smelled like throw up. When we tried to find the source of the smell it was indeed the bed and pillows. It wasn't the sheets. The pillows and mattress had been thrown up on. Honestly, I never thought about anything like that happening or to check for something like that but, it was BAD.
2, Secondly, there was blood on the nice couch. It was covered up with the couch pillows. We didn't notice it until my daughter went to move the pillows to watch TV. That's when she saw the blood on the couch.
3. Air conditioning - was horrible! They had it set to only go down to 70 at night. It was never 70 in that place. It was 72-73 each night. (I checked) *We sleep with it cold at night at home. We've slept at all of the other rentals with temp set at 68 or 69. That would explain why there were NO comforters on the bed in this places. Only a sheet and very thin blanket.
4. The only other thing that was little annoying was the kitchen items. I've rented several places, and I've never had one like this. There were nice plates and glasses and few, literally 2, pots and pans and utensils, however, there were no spices, no trash bags, no foil, only 1 dishwasher tablets for washing, a sample bottle of dish detergent, no other home items you don't think to bring when you're renting a one of these places. All of the other places that we rented were very homing, full of home items, like throws' and blankets, spices, bags, misc. items you might need. Typically, you only need to bring your clothes, food and maybe clothes detergent (there was none there). But, this place was bare. Absolutely nothing like that. It was like a hotel room.
5. Last thing, the internet. No complaints until the morning we were set to leave. I had to check in with my work each morning, including the morning we were leaving. Apparently, the owner/management had the internet cut off at midnight the morning we are set to leave. It should stay on through, at least check-out time.
I will say the place itself with space is great. Plenty of room. I LOVED the grill and back patio. Absolutely loved it. The location is AWESOME!!!!
