Summary:
Charming second-floor flat located in a quiet yet eccentric shore town featuring 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath! Our fully furnished haven has a private entrance, and boasts a cozy atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and pleasant shared outdoor seating in the backyard! Just 2 blocks to the Bay & 4 blocks from Margate beach.
The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a split-level home, and your primary unit encompasses the entire top floor.
FRONT EXTERIOR:
- Please note that to enter the home there are 3 steps to the front door.
LIVING ROOM:
- Open concept connected to the kitchen. Features comfortable couch seating, and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps). Please note the couch is not a pull-out.
DINING AREA:
- There is a table to seat 4 individuals.
KITCHEN:
- Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Mr. Coffee drip-style coffee maker
WASHER/DRYER
- Washer and dryer in unit
BATHROOMS:
- 1 full bathroom in the hallway.

BEDROOM 1: 1 Bunk Bed: Single over Single & 1 Full Sized Bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Sized Bed
Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.
Guest Access:
ACCESS & ENTRY:
- Guests will have access to the second floor and shared backyard with the downstairs unit.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
- There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code the morning of check-in.
PARKING:
- There is a driveway with 1 parking space, first come first serve.
ADDITIONAL PARKING:
- Free street parking is also available.
- We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
- Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service.
- Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. Our mail is delivered to a lock box, and unfortunately, we are unable to access it on your behalf. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature be needed so you can ensure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding.
- We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
- Please be considerate of your neighbors. The property is still located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars.
SECURITY:
- There is a Ring Camera in the front exterior.
The Neighborhood:
The unit is close to the marina district and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and all the Margate nightlife!
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
There is no operating grill on the property.
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra.
Here is the list of what is provided per stay:
Bed linens
Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo + conditioner & body wash
Toilet paper
Hand soap & dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags
One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.
Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.
Trash & recyclables are collected in Margate, NJ on Mondays. The host will take out the trash/recyclables each Sunday evening.
Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!

I stayed five nights for a small family reunion. I was hoping for some peace and quiet and I found it in this rental. It is located on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars, retail, and the beach.It is a short drive to Atlantic City, Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and about 35 minutes to Cape May. This rental is an excellent home base for exploring coastal New Jersey.Plenty of beds for a family, fully equipped kitchen, lots of windows for natural light, including a second floor patio and a sun porch. Ample seating for game night, ice maker, heating & A/C. Nothing was lacking. Best of all, the owners were friendly and sent me links to restaurants and events.My stay could not have been better. I look forward to staying again. Thanks!

This was a great place to stay with our family over Labor Day weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location near the Bay, beach, and restaurants. The owners were super easy to communicate with and made everything from check in to check out smooth. We’d definitely stay again!
