The Art Attic
A stylish, boutique apartment in the pretty Welsh town of Builth Wells. Situated above Beautifully Bonkers, a very quirky local artists gallery. The decor has been styled to create an arty feel, each room individually designed depicting 1 of 5 of my favourite artists. Gustav Klimt adorns the large open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner, Lowry in the king size bedroom & en-suite, Monet in the double bedroom en-suite , Picasso in the hall and Hockney in the minstrel’s gallery.

Location:
The apartment is situated in the High Street of Builth Wells. A car park is no more than a minute away for guests to park. A drop off luggage facility is available. The apartment is situated above a local artists gallery.

Front Door & Hallway Entrance
There is a private entrance with a key locking system for guests who arrive when the gallery is closed. The front door leads to a hallway & an oak & glass staircase takes you to the second floor & a minstrel’s gallery.

Outside Area:
To the back of the property there is a seating area where our sister cafe Georgie Porgies serves lunch, coffee & cakes. This is also for the use of the Art Attic guests (guests can take their own food & drink out here or just sit & read etc if they want to).

Table & chairs for 4 guests, fully laid up on arrival.
Dresser with cups & glasses for guests use.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen: (halogen hob, electric cooker, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, 2 sets of crockery, glasses cutlery, a selection of cooking utensils, bowls saucepans a selection of cleaning products, clothes & tea towels).

Lounge:
Large 4 seater sofa, arm chair, foot stall, coffee table, lamp & free stat Tv.

King size bed, 2 bedside tables, open clothes rail & hangers, coatrack & clothes baskets, ottoman, dressing table, mirror & chair.
Shower room, vanity unit & W.c

Bathroom, vanity unit & W.c (accessible from the kitchen area as well)

We are available Monday to Saturday between 10 am & 4 pm as we are in the Beautifully Bonkers Gallery these days. If you need to contact me out of these hours my contact number will be available after the booking is made.

The town is a fairly quiet town, but with lots of character. There are lots of lovely shops, galleries, bars & restaurants to visit. We are very local to everything being a central town location, but we are 2 minutes away from a lovely walk along the River Irfan.

Bus service & Train station. Parking is £4 for the day & is very local to us, 1 minute walk.
