Enjoy a rare chance in this unique Lakeview home with unobstructed, mountain views leaving you in awe of natures beauty. This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
Private boat dock with four kayaks available for your use, shared with a separate cottage and driveway to the right , Bring your own boat and/or jet-skies. Immaculate and impeccably designed to the highest standards.
Great for all occasions & getaway’s, content creation, photography / film, retreats, a guaranteed impeccable stay. Central air, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - it will feel like your own home sweet home! The master suite features a Tempurpedic king size bed, 47 inch smart TV and an amazing on-suite stone bathroom.
Across from the master is the second bedroom with a Tempurpedic queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a stunning floating double vanity making it easier for everyone to freshen up!
The third bedroom, located upstairs (note the ceiling has a slight roof pitch) 2 twin race car Tempurpedic beds. These beds are 96 inches long, so an adult can sleep comfortably.
The living room offers a pull out queen size sofa sleeper, as well as a queen size Tempurpedic Murphy bed.
There are plenty of in/outdoor games; pool, ping pong, air-hockey, corn hole, dart board, card games and the list goes on!
Kayaks with life vests for all ages infant to adult! Sit back on the boats dock and experience an oasis of peace and serenity by the lake. The sundeck, which overlooks the lake has a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the sun and gorgeous sunsets.
At night, flip on the outdoor string lights and enjoy the astonishing ambiance. The yard is large and has a fire-pit and Adirondack chairs so you can cozy up and enjoy some s’mores.
Working vacation? No problem! We’ve got you covered with an office desk setup that includes a monitor to work from while looking directly out at the water! It is OK to work on vacation, as long as you do it right!
Conveniently located via Route 39 just an hour and twenty minutes from NYC.
Driveway can fit multiple vehicle's. Plenty of room if you are towing a boat, jet-skis, quads, or RV's. Boat launch is just .5 miles away! Launch the boat and dock it at your private dock! Or, you can go down the road a bit to Candlewood Lake where there is also a boat launch.
The living rooms 65 inch smart TV is complete with all the apps you need to sign in & watch for your entertainment!
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wine openers, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, belgian waffle maker, toaster, spices, pots, pans, wine, champagne glasses and more.
The center of town in New Fairfield is just down the road. Stop & Shop grocery store, deli’s, liquor store, bars, & restaurants.
This property has a 2nd cottage completely separate from this main house to the right on the same land whom you share the kayaks and dock with, the total property in 2.8 acres each having 1.4 acres.
Other guests may be seen or pass through to access the kayaks and/or boat dock. The dock accommodates 2 boats so there is no problem if the other guest happens to be there at the same time with their boat - but that is an extremely rare occurrence.

The host was very nice and responsive. The house was also beautiful. The only issue I noticed was that there were quite a few ladybugs in the third-floor room. Someone came by the next morning to spray pesticides, which helped reduce them, though there were still a fair number left.

The inside of the house was very nice and it was clean with all the utensils and things you would need in the kitchen to make yourself a good meal. The inside of the house met our needs, and we enjoyed our time inside. The Property Manager was responsive to our concerns about the front step that had a loose piece of slate and was fixed the next day. Also three broken outdoor chairs were replaced the next day. The kayaks being stored up by the houses made it difficult to use them due to the steep slope and inadequate staircase leading to the water. The kayak gear was down by the water, but it looked like a trash heap. The outside seems to be neglected. The landscaping and stairway to the water had bushes over the railing, which lead to a beautiful dock. These would be easy fixes and inexpensive to remedy. A little TLC would make it much easier to enjoy this beautiful setting.
