This is the perfect place for couples, single or a girls trip! You`ll love: making use of the resort-style pool, the location - only 900 metres to the beach & the coastal vibe of this light filled, cosy pad. The north facing balcony is the perfect spot to unwind & the courtyard is a great private space for friends to enjoy al fresco dining & the BBQ. It`s an easy stroll to surf outlets, eateries, shops, brewery’s (4 Pines, Sou`West, Bells Beach Brewery) & more.
This two storey town house is located in a complex of 9 home. All of the units are built around the shared pool - which guests have access to.
The home itself has lots of character, with a void that adds light and space to the main living and dining area. You`ll find this home super cosy and homely, and ideal for small groups wanting an affordable getaway.
Ground level:
- Open plan living, dining and kitchen
- Bathroom (shower only)
- Separate toilet
- Courtyard with BBQ & dining
Upstairs:
- 2 x queen bedrooms with robes
- 1 x North facing balcony overlooking pool area
All linen and towels are included in the clean price.
There is one parking space for the unit.
Access to everything apart from the garden shed that will be locked.

Please note the pool is not heated so only useable during the warmer months.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

Beds were comfortable, couch was not. Shops and beach were close. Pool was not that clean, the couch was very uncomfortable, too small. I didn’t like how the main bedroom was above the lounge. Very annoying when you are trying to sleep and someone it watching TV and zero privacy and the bathroom was downstairs.
