You'll have wonderful amenities such as:

The children's room has Potter written all over it - complete with TWO sets of bunk-beds (4 beds), their own flat screen TV, magical decor, and even a "Track 9 1/2" cozy room where the children can hide out!

Whoever is in charge of stalking the house for essentials and also doing a thorough clean is not. All of the curtains are completely Dusty the windows need cleaning and all of the cabinets are filthy there was no toilet paper or trash bags we had to go and buy all of those items that should go along with renting a house I also had to get other essentials but overall The Villa needs a very good cleaning for the next family not just a surface clean. The manager was very friendly when I booked the reservation , I was so excited to stay there it is nothing like the pictures it is so dark inside and a lot smaller than we had anticipated. When I went to go to the pool it was filthy so loaded with chemicals that you can't see into the water at all kind of disappointed. The neighbors that live there are not friendly I definitely felt like I did not fit in. It's too bad I was hoping to make it a yearly trip
