Perfectly located just across the street from beach access, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath rental offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal style. With a short 5–10-minute walk to the sand and surf, you’ll be soaking up the sunshine in no time.
Inside, the open floor plan creates a bright and welcoming space where everyone can gather. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The adjoining dining and living areas flow seamlessly together, offering plenty of seating for shared meals, game nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.
Each of the four bedrooms provides a comfortable retreat, ensuring that every guest has a place to unwind. With two and a half bathrooms, the home is designed for convenience, easily accommodating families or groups traveling together.
Step outside to the deck, where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy evening cocktails, or simply take in the coastal breeze. Whether you’re planning an action-packed getaway or a laid-back beach retreat, Barefoot Ventures offers a flexible space to make it your own.
Located just a five-minute drive from the Circle in Atlantic Beach, you’ll have quick access to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Whether it’s fresh seafood dinners, boutique shopping, or a fun night out, everything is close at hand.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Double Bed, 1 Futon
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Over all we had a great experience. Seems that the property is not exactly ready for rentals. There were some basics missing, light bulbs, no hangers. The kitchen is not well equipped. No blankets. No extra towels. No dish towels. Missing items made it hard to keep the place clean. The place itself is nice and allowed for indoor and outdoor privacy. We would stay again if some basics were ensured.
