Adventure awaits nearby with walking and biking trails, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and opportunities for hiking or ATV riding. This stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home ensures comfort and privacy. Key features include two spacious family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy loft, and a private hot tub on the second-floor deck.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Took the family down to St.George for the tail end of spring break. Everything about the property and location was excellent, just wish there was a king bed option in one of the rooms.Amenities were great and proximity across the street from the larger hot tub was nice. Would definitely go back.
